A few years ago, I started doing Platonic dialogue, and now, I can exist in or out of flow, prettymuch at will. The thing I remember most from this book was his very simple linear graph of skills against challenges.

I'm an designer/art director for web and print and when I need to get into a groove, I slap on some headphones, point my iTunes to the ambient station “Groovesalad” and brew some Yerba Mate. Regarding Martial Arts: Yes, the feeling fo flow is very tangible in MA. Quanto Artes Marciais: Sim, a sensação de fluxo é muito tangível no MA. I've noticed that flow produces calm in life too. Tenho notado que o fluxo produz calma na vida também. When you flow you're more likely to be happy, especially after a flow session. I've also noticed that flow is more likely when I'm doing something for myself versus the corporate monsters.
